  • Each rental is for a set time, please be mindful of your time. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless pre-approved.


  • Please avoid spilling food or drinks on equipment or furniture.


  • Handle microphones, screens, remotes, and other equipment with care.


  • Customers are responsible for any damage caused during their rental period.


  • No fighting, yelling, or aggressive behavior.


  • Staff have the right to refuse service or remove disruptive guests without a refund.


  • Report any spills or accidents to staff immediately.


  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside karaoke rooms.


  • Guests under 18 are welcome until 8:00 PM when accompanied by an adult. Please enjoy alcoholic beverages only in the bar area when minors are present.


  • Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

To ensure the safety, cleanliness, and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the karaoke premises:

  • Sharp Objects (e.g., knives, scissors, box cutters)
  • Firearms or Weapons of any kind
  • Outside Food or Drinks
  • Glitter, Confetti, or Powdered Substances

Reservation & Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive at your scheduled reservation time. Arriving later than 15 minutes without prior notification may result in cancellation and classification as a no-show. Contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your delay.


  • No-Show (failure to arrive or call within 15 minutes): you'll be charged the full room rental amount. 


  • A cancellation 6 hours before your scheduled booking, full room rate may apply.


  • Deposit is the actual room amount rental per hour. Only an hour is needed for reservation. If needed longer, let us know and we can adjust on our end. Extension is by the hour only.


  • A credit card is required to hold your room reservation and will be applied to the final bill.


  • 20% service charge and tax are not included in the reservation and will be charged upon arrival. Service charge will be applied to all room rental and purchases whether online reservations or walk-ins.


  • If you are late, your booking will still end at the originally scheduled end time. We’ll do our absolute best to accommodate you. If possible, we'll extend your session time when availability allows.


  • Guests must present a valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID at check-in. A credit or debit card is also required to open a tab for room charges and additional purchases when availability allows.
