Each rental is for a set time, please be mindful of your time. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless pre-approved.

Please avoid spilling food or drinks on equipment or furniture.

Handle microphones, screens, remotes, and other equipment with care.

Customers are responsible for any damage caused during their rental period.

No fighting, yelling, or aggressive behavior.

Staff have the right to refuse service or remove disruptive guests without a refund.

Report any spills or accidents to staff immediately.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside karaoke rooms.

Guests under 18 are welcome until 8:00 PM when accompanied by an adult. Please enjoy alcoholic beverages only in the bar area when minors are present.

Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Reservation & Arrival Policy

Please arrive on your scheduled reservation time.

Arriving later than 15 minutes without prior notification may result in cancellation and classification as a no-show. Contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your delay.

No-Show (failure to arrive or call within 15 minutes): you'll be charged the full room rental amount.

Cancellation 2 hours before your scheduled booking, 50% room rate may apply.

A credit card is required to hold your room reservation and will be applied to the final bill.

If you are late, your booking will still end at the originally scheduled end time. We’ll do our absolute best to accommodate you. If possible, we'll extend your session time when availability allows.
